For parents and caregivers · pre-launch

Supporting their growth, together.

We want HAVII to be a responsible, age-appropriate experience for young people, with caregivers involved in the decisions that matter and young people given the private space they need to grow.

Planned caregiver view

What you'll see, and what stays theirs

Private journaling and wellness check-ins won't be shared automatically with mentors or caregivers. Any exception for safety would only happen under a clear, published safeguarding policy, never quietly.

Planned

Visible to caregivers

  • ✓Whether your young person is active on HAVII
  • ✓Whether they're matched with a mentor, and when a match ends
  • ✓A named program contact you can speak to
  • ✓Consent decisions you've made, and how to change them
Planned

Private to the young person

  • ✕Journal entries
  • ✕Wellness check-ins and notes
  • ✕Personal reflections on goals
  • ✕Message content, which is reviewed by trained staff only when needed for safety
Caregiver questions

What you'll want to know

Answers are labelled In place today or Under development.

What is HAVII?

A youth mentorship, emotional wellness, and personal development platform being developed by Together For You, Inc. for young people ages 13–24. It's in development and not yet open to participants.

Who can participate?

Young people ages 13–24, once programs open. Anyone under 18 will need caregiver consent and must agree to take part themselves. Right now, caregivers can join the waitlist on behalf of 13–17-year-olds. We don't collect young teens' details directly.

How will mentorship work?
Under development

A young person asks for a mentor. Program staff choose the match, so young people never browse mentors. Mentors and young people talk through text-only messages inside HAVII that are kept and monitored for safety. Either side can end a match. Matching isn't active yet.

What safeguards will be used?
In place today
  • ✓Public forms collect contact details only, with no health or personal stories.
  • ✓Under-18 interest goes through a caregiver.
  • ✓No advertising trackers or analytics scripts on this website.
Under development
  • ·Mentor screening, including references, a background check, and safeguarding training.
  • ·Monitored, text-only messaging with report and block tools.
  • ·A staff escalation process, with two-person approval for serious actions.
How will caregiver consent be handled?
Under development

Joining the waitlist is not consent. Before a 13–17-year-old can take part in mentorship, a caregiver will be asked for formal consent through a separate process. A staff member will verify the caregiver's identity, and the consent will be recorded. You'll be able to withdraw consent at any time. The final rules are being reviewed with legal and safeguarding advisers before anyone takes part.

How will personal information be protected?

We'll collect as little as possible. That means an age range rather than a birthday, no advertising, and no selling or sharing of young people's data. Journals and check-ins are designed to be private to the young person. Our privacy notice is being finalized and will be published before launch.

How involved should caregivers be?

Caregivers will be involved in consent, status, and contact with staff. Young people get a private space to reflect, because a journal an adult might read stops being a journal.

If staff believe a young person is at serious risk, the safeguarding policy will set out when caregivers are contacted. That policy is being written now.

How can I contact program staff?

Use our contact form. Please don't include private details about a young person in it. A team member will follow up with you.
