Together For You runs HAVII as a mentorship program with a private journal attached, not an engagement product. Here is what we can evidence, what we can't, and why the second list is the reason the first one is trustworthy.

What we can evidence

  • ✓Mentors recruited, cleared, and active — with stage-by-stage funnel and time-to-clear.
  • ✓Matches created, sustained, and ended, and why they ended.
  • ✓Reports and escalations received, response times against target, and actions taken.
  • ✓Young people reached and waiting, and how long the wait is.
  • ✓Voluntary survey outcomes, where a participant chose to answer and knew what it was for.

What we won't

  • ✕Journal or check-in counts, or anything derived from private writing.
  • ✕Mood or wellbeing aggregates presented as clinical outcomes.
  • ✕Engagement, retention, or session-length curves for young people.
  • ✕Anything that would require reading a young person's writing to produce.

If a grant requires reporting we cannot produce without breaking a promise to a young person, we say so during the application rather than after.

Fund a beta site

A site costs the vetting, the coordinator time to run the pipeline and the moderation queue, and the on-call rota. Software is the cheap part; supervision is the expensive part, and it is not optional.

Talk to the program team

Refer young people

Schools, clinics, and youth services can hand out a code that skips nothing — the young person still signs up themselves and, if under 18, still needs a guardian. Referral does not create an account for anyone.
