Policies
These documents are being finalised with legal and safeguarding review before the beta opens. They are not placeholders for missing decisions — the decisions are made and described across this site; what is pending is the exact legal wording.
Publish before launch
- ·Privacy notice — what is collected, what is not, who can read what, retention periods in days, and how deletion works.
- ·Community rules — what is expected of young people and mentors, and what ends a match.
- ·Safeguarding policy — the escalation tiers, response targets, mandatory-reporting position, and the two-person review rule.
- ·Accessibility statement — conformance target, known gaps, and how to report a barrier.
A version number and an effective date appear on each one, and the app asks for agreement again whenever a version changes.
