I Want to Mentor
Apply to be considered for an unpaid volunteer mentorship opportunity. Applying is the first step. Review, screening, and training come later, and matching isn't active yet.
I'm a Parent or Caregiver
Learn about HAVII and sign up for updates about future youth participation. This is the route for young people ages 13–17.
I Represent an Organization
Express interest in exploring a collaboration or a future pilot. An inquiry starts a conversation and doesn't create a partnership.
HAVII is currently in development. Submitting an interest form does not guarantee enrollment, approval, placement, or immediate access to platform services.
What our forms will never ask for
Diagnoses, crisis history, journal entries, personal stories, Social Security numbers, or ID documents. If you want to talk about something personal, contact our team and a person will follow up.
