Privacy, terms, and safety
This page explains how this website works today. It is an interim summary prepared by Together For You, Inc. while our formal privacy policy, terms of use, and safeguarding policy are reviewed by legal and safeguarding advisers. It is not final legal language, and it will be replaced by versioned, dated policies before the HAVII app launches.

- ✓Where it's stored: submissions are stored by Netlify Forms, our website host, and are read by Together For You, Inc. staff with account access.
- ✓Young people under 18: we don't collect details directly from 13–17-year-olds through this website. Interest goes through a parent or caregiver.
- ✓No tracking: this site runs no advertising trackers or analytics scripts and sets no tracking cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives standard request information such as your IP address. Netlify keeps standard server logs as our host.
- ✓No selling: we don't sell personal information or share it for advertising.
- ✓Sensitive information: our forms never ask for health information, crisis history, Social Security numbers, ID documents, or background-check information. Please don't include them.
- ·How long we keep it: retention periods are being decided as part of our formal policy review. Until then, you can ask us to delete your submission at any time.
- ·Your choices: to see, correct, or delete what you've sent us, contact our team.

- ·HAVII is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or an emergency service.
- ·Please submit only accurate information about yourself, and don't submit information about other people without their permission.
- ·The interactive demo on this site uses fictional data. Nothing typed into it is saved or sent.

HAVII is not an emergency service and does not monitor this website or its forms around the clock.
- ·If you're worried about a young person's safety, contact local authorities. In Maryland, anyone who has reason to believe a child is being abused or neglected should report it to the local department of social services or law enforcement.
- ·To raise a concern about HAVII, contact our team. Please don't include a young person's private details in the form. We'll follow up and handle it properly.
- ·Volunteer mentors must be 21 or older and will be screened and trained before any placement. How screening works.
Our formal safeguarding policy is being reviewed with qualified advisers.
Accessibility
We're designing this site to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. We've checked headings, labels, keyboard focus, color contrast for text, reduced-motion settings, and touch target sizes. We haven't yet tested with people who use assistive technology, and there may be barriers we've missed.
If something doesn't work for you, tell us and we'll help you another way.
